Cape Town City Centre: Insurance Sales Specialists – Face to Face Sales

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Insurance Sales Specialists to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for generating new business through face-to-face sales and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients to discharge their advice responsibility
  • Meet minimum requirements of 4 written policies per month
  • Achieve 5 referrals per month
  • Provide excellent customer service through face-to-face interactions

Requirements

  • Strong lead generation skills
  • Ability to sell short term insurance face-to-face and conduct presentations
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in selling short term insurance (commercial and personal lines)
  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification
  • 120 FAIS Credits
  • FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives (RE5) or RE1 certification
  • 12 CPD points
