About the Role

A short-term opportunity exists for an experienced SharePoint Specialist to support the configuration and implementation of a SharePoint on-premise environment into an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). The successful candidate will design and implement records centres, develop information architecture, and configure metadata, document libraries, and access controls to ensure effective records management and compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure SharePoint as an EDRMS solution
  • Design and implement records centres and information architecture
  • Develop metadata structures, content types, and document libraries
  • Support migration and organisation of electronic records
  • Configure permissions, retention schedules, and lifecycle controls
