This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Finance Business Partner–style role, where you’ll influence investment decisions, structure complex deals, and drive long-term value creation.

The Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will partner closely with business development, legal, engineering, and finance teams to deliver end-to-end financial advisory across projects.

You’ll take ownership of:

  • Financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis;
  • Structuring and executing project finance transactions;
  • Leading due diligence, debt raising, and negotiations;
  • Advising on risk allocation, bankability, and optimal funding strategies;
  • Supporting bids through to financial close; and
  • Presenting investment cases backed by robust analysis and insights.

This role offers high exposure to major energy and infrastructure transactions, with the opportunity to influence outcomes at both the local and group levels.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar (CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA highly advantageous)
  • 5+ years’ experience in project finance, investment banking, advisory, or similar environments
  • Strong experience in:
    • Financial modelling (including debt modelling)
    • Project finance transactions and funding structures
    • Renewable energy / IPP projects (REIPPPP, RMIPPP, and ESIPPP exposure highly advantageous)
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage stakeholders, and drive transactions forward
  • Advanced Excel skills (including modelling best practices; VBA advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:
