COSTING / PRICING DATA ANALYST
Location: Office-Based
Salary: R12 000 R20 000 (dependent on experience and skill level)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing / Pricing Data Analyst to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone analytical, structured, and eager to build a career working with financial and operational data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in compiling, reviewing, and validating internal pricing information
  • Ensure all costing deadlines and targets are consistently met
  • Support benchmarking exercises to assess market competitiveness
  • Identify, track, and analyse cost trends using Excel and analytical tools
  • Maintain, update, and quality-check costing databases
  • Provide support to pricing processes by following structured procedures
  • Assist in improving cost structures and identifying efficiencies
  • (Advantageous) Exposure to freight and transport costing components

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant Diploma in Data Analytics or similar field
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, basic PivotTables)
  • Experience working with structured data or databases
  • Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
  • Basic financial understanding and interest in costing/pricing
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work within processes and meet deadlines
