As the Costing Manager, you will take ownership of the full costing function, ensuring accurate budgeting, cost control, and financial visibility across productions. You will be instrumental in driving efficiencies, improving costing methodologies, and supporting strategic decision-making at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full costing function across all production projects
- Develop, monitor, and control budgets for broadcasting and media content
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights
- Partner with production and operational teams to drive cost efficiency
- Enhance costing models, systems, and reporting frameworks
- Lead and develop a team within the finance function
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: CA(SA), CIMA, or relevant Finance qualification
- Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a costing or management accounting role
- Experience in a project-based environment (broadcasting, media, or similar advantageous)
- Proven leadership or team management experience
- Skills:
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling
- Exposure to ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Non-negotiables:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
