About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Manager to join our team at The Focus Group. As a leading property management and development organization, we deliver innovative property solutions and exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to tenants general comfort and ensure requests are handled promptly.
Assess complaints/requests and determine responsibility for repairs; escalate when necessary.
Maintain building-specific files including inspection sheets, fire registers, and incident reports.
Obtain approval for budgeted and unbudgeted expenditure in line with authority limits.
Manage key registers and audit monthly.
Ensure completeness of lift registers and submit monthly reports.
