About the Role

Lesaka Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Sales & Servicing Consultant to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for driving digital migration, ensuring activation, and cross-selling complementary products. You will also be accountable for customer engagement, identifying customer needs, and using systems to establish authenticity. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and educate customers on sales and service processes
  • Drive digital migration and ensure activation of products
  • Ensure cross-selling of complementary products
  • Take accountability for customer engagement and identification of needs
  • Use systems to establish authenticity and avoid compromising information
  • Perform regulatory checks for customers (FICA, POPI, NCR)
  • Aid customers in account servicing and origination
  • Handle client serving tasks such as issuing cards and answering queries
  • Refer matters outside operational mandate to the team leader
  • Operate within FAIS guidelines (Honesty and Integrity) and code of conduct

Requirements

  • Relevant experience: 1-2 years
  • FAIS certification
  • Microsoft office computer literacy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: NQF 4
  • Preferred qualification: Relevant NQF 5 qualification as prescribed by the Financial Services Board Regulatory Exam qualification
  • Recognised business diploma or higher certificate at NQF level 6 (not specified)
