Are you the type of person who spots a data mismatch from a mile away? We are looking for a Production Planning Administrator to work closely with our Planning Administrator. You will be the master of the SYSPRO Open Jobs Dashboard , ensuring that every job card, rework order, and scrap sale is captured with 100% accuracy. If you enjoy the technical “puzzle” of a manufacturing floor and want to be the backbone of a world-class operation, this is for you. What youll do: Production Planning Support (30%): Issue and amend SYSPRO Job Cards and audit weekly stock levels to keep production planning on track. Reworks Specialist (45%): Coordinate complex rework orders, manage pallet allocations on Google Sheets, and ensure the Warehouse team stays a week ahead of schedule. Data & Scraps (15%): Administer scrap sales, reconcile physical weights with system data, and handle audit-related paperwork. General Coordination: Act as the technical right hand to the Production Planner, ensuring smooth data flow across the factory. Requirements: SYSPRO Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Job Cards and Open Jobs Dashboards is essential. Manufacturing Logic: A solid understanding of stock levels, loading schedules, and production rungs. Detail Obsessed: Proven ability to manage complex data (Google Sheets & ERP) without errors. Availability: Permanent, fully onsite role Cape Town Norther Suburbs Experience: 2 Years & Syspro or similar ERP System. Manufacturing environment (beneficial) Tertiary Education: Diploma or BCom In Supply Chain / Logistics and or Administration Grade: 12 Mathematics DB Recruitment is fully compliant with the POPI Act 2013.
