About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Vehicle Sales Manager to join our dealership in Lichtenburg, Polokwane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing of our new or used vehicle sales department, meeting monthly sales targets, and motivating and training sales staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the sales and marketing of the new or used vehicle sales department
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Motivating and training sales staff
- Reporting and liaising with head office on monthly sales
- Advertising
- Evaluations of trade-in and pricing or vehicle stock
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Vehicle sales manager with New or Pre-owned vehicles
- Considerable experience with Vehicle sales
- Experience working in a corporate branded dealership
- A record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department
- Good communication and relationship building skills
Qualifications
- Valid SA driver’s license
- Clear criminal record
