Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Lydenburg, with a strong background in automotive management and a proven track record of success in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Foster strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a General Vehicle Sales Manager within the Automotive Industry
- Managerial experience within an Automotive Dealership is beneficial
- Strong Working Knowledge of Automotive General Management disciplines
- Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive Dealership environment
- Valid Driver’s License required

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary of between R 30 000 to R 40 000 based on experience. Incentives and benefits package available. Company Vehicle provided (only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days).
