About the Role
The Manager – Retail Sector role is a critical position in our retail sector, requiring a seasoned professional with experience in stock take, stock control, and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our stores, while also contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting stock takes, cycle counts, and variance investigations
- Overseeing stock movement, receiving, dispatching, and shrinkage control
- Supporting store managers with daily operational requirements
- Monitoring stock accuracy and implementing corrective actions
- Traveling to various branches for audits, checks, and operational support
- Assisting with basic reporting, record-keeping, and compliance tasks
Requirements
