About the Role
The Mbombela: Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full finance function of the business, providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making, and ensuring strong financial controls and compliance are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full finance function of the business
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance are maintained
- Lead and mentor finance and administrative staff
- Partner with operational teams to support business performance
- Assist with audits and statutory reporting requirements
Requirements
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles with 3 years post-articles experience
- Experience within automotive or a related industry advantageous
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Confident, assertive personality with strong leadership ability
- Previous managerial experience essential
