Your proactive approach to customer engagement will drive sales and ensure unforgettable customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Showcase cutting-edge Apple products and services Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and preferences Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless operations Uphold exceptional customer service standards Exceed store targets and contribute to efficient retail operations Requirements Matric (Grade 12) Minimum requirement 1 years of customer-facing retail experience (electronics preferred) Previous leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous Proficiency in POS systems, Syspro, and iOS is beneficial Strong understanding of retail operations and stock management principles Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset Good knowledge of public transport routes within the Northern Suburbs Working Hours Scheduled shifts (approximately 108 hours per month) Retail hours, including weekends and public holidays , according to shift Additional Information This position is based in the Mall of Africa in Midrand Reliable transport or a solid understanding of public transport routes is essential Background Check Disclosure As part of the recruitment process, all candidates may be required to undergo background checks, including criminal, credit, and reference checks.
