About the Role

Kone Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Discretionary Grants Coordinator to join our client’s Programme Management Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with grant allocation, payment, and grant pack processes, while also developing and implementing a comprehensive discretionary grants programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate grant allocations, payments, and grant packs in accordance with compliance standards
  • Reconcile grant payments correctly and capture data in line with organizational policies and procedures
  • Provide comprehensive coordination within the Programme Management Unit
  • Develop and implement a discretionary grants programme
  • Assist in the overall coordination and disbursement of grants for the organization

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business/Project Management or equivalent (NQF Level 6)
  • A B-degree or equivalent in Business/Project Management (NQF Level 7) is ideal
