About the Role
Join our esteemed client in their upmarket showroom in George, a thriving coastal hub on the Garden Route. As the face of luxury living for local clients and interior decorators, you will be responsible for driving sales targets, leading a motivated floor team, and maintaining flawless showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the face of luxury living for local clients and interior decorators
- Lead a motivated floor team to drive sales targets
- Maintain flawless showroom operations
- Coordinate, mentor, and energize the store team
- Manage regular stock takes using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Handle and move heavy, high-quality luxury rugs as required
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years of luxury retail sales experience (homeware/decor background is a massive plus)
- Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate, mentor, and energize a store team
- Operations: Strong track record with Point of Sale (POS) systems and managing regular stock takes
- Physical Nature: Ability to handle and move heavy, high-quality luxury rugs
- Presence: Immaculate presentation, exceptional communication skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset
