The successful candidates must have:
Her:
Minimum of 5 years lodge working experience. 4 or 5 * an advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent operational experience encompassing every aspect of Lodge Management including HR, Admin,
Finance, FOH & Guest Experience and basic kitchen knowledge
Ability to receive instruction and follow thought as required.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests, staff and external
stakeholders. Knowledge and experience of lodge operations, including front desk, kitchen/chef and
housekeeping. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel & Word.
Familiar with Nightsbridge Booking platform and Extranets.
Understanding of financial management principles and experience with budgeting and cost control.
Marketing and Social Media experience.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Availability to work flexible hours as well as extra hours when required.
Lead by example very important.
Desire, drive, and experience to develop the lodge to its full potential.
Ability to operate independently.
Him:

Valid First Aid Certificate
Rifle Accreditations and ARH
Trails Guide qualification with VPDA
Astronomy knowledge advantageous
Off-road driving in 4×4 vehicles
Excellent operational experience encompassing every aspect of Lodge Management including Maintenance,

Knowledge and experience of gardens and maintenance.
Ability to operate independently.
