About the Role
HotelJobs is partnering with a luxury boutique property in the Eastern Cape of South Africa to recruit an experienced and guest-centric General Manager/Couple. This role requires hands-on, guest-focused leaders who can seamlessly balance luxury hospitality delivery with operational excellence.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager/Couple or in a senior leadership role within a 5-star boutique hotel or luxury hospitality environment
- Solid all-round operational knowledge (FOH, F&B, housekeeping, admin)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Experience with hospitality systems (e.g. PMS, channel management tools)
