About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Nelspruit. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store activities and ensuring seamless inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including staff supervision and customer service
- Oversee stock control, inventory tracking, and ordering processes
- Utilize stock management systems and Microsoft Office to optimize store performance
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero Accounting (advantageous)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management
- Previous store management experience essential
- Strong administrative and stock control skills
- Experience working with stock management systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Xero Accounting advantageous
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
- Own reliable transport essential
- Afrikaans and English bilingual
