Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and execution of Breakfast and Lunch service
• Specialize in pastry production, ensuring high standards of flavor, presentation, and consistency
• Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across all kitchen areas
• Assist with menu execution, seasonal offerings, and special events
• Contribute to guest satisfaction through tailored dining experiences
• Support inventory control, portion management, and minimizing wastage
