About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personnel and Financial Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing creditors, assisting with general accounting duties, and providing support in payroll administration and personnel administration practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing creditors and assisting with general accounting duties
- Payroll processing and payroll administration
- Personnel administration and filing
- Assisting with audits and injury-on-duty administration
- Supporting disciplinary and HR processes
Requirements
- Matric (Accounting as a subject will be advantageous)
- Diploma / Certificate / Qualification in Human Resources and/or Finance will be advantageous
- 3 Years relevant experience in HR and/or finance administration
- Experience with Xero, VIP Payroll, or similar accounting/payroll systems will be advantageous
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and personnel administration practices
