Job Description

Minimum requirements:
Managing Trustees/Must understand the budgets
Managing a portfolio of Sectional Title schemes and Home Owners Associations
Property management experience within Sectional Title and HOAs
Strong knowledge of community schemes and relevant legislation
Experience managing trustee, director, AGM and SGM meetings
Sound understanding of budgets, levies, arrears, financials and maintenance
Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple schemes and priorities
Professional, client-focused and solutions-driven
Computer literate (MS Office); property management systems advantageous
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport required
