Receptionist – Johannesburg A well-established company within the professional skincare industry is seeking a professional, well-presented and client-focused Receptionist to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area, front-desk duties and general office administration. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to provide an excellent client experience while supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Manage front-desk duties, including answering calls, responding to enquiries and directing queries appropriately Coordinate bookings, appointments and the reception calendar Process payments and maintain accurate financial and administrative records Assist with stock control, product orders and inventory administration Compile monthly sales, income and stock reports Perform general office administration, including emails, filing, record-keeping and daily administrative support Build strong client relationships and support the promotion of services and products where required Provide administrative support to management when needed Requirements: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 equivalent Minimum of 2 years’ receptionist, front desk or administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong administrative skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and manage administrative and financial processes effectively Professional, reliable, proactive and accountable Experience with ESP software would be advantageous
