About the Role
A busy and well-established Truck Service & Repair Centre in Polokwane is looking for a strong Working Foreman to join their team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who will be actively working on trucks while also supporting the Workshop Manager with daily operational and team management duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on commercial vehicles
- Oversee workshop activities and assist with staff supervision
- Support the Workshop Manager with planning and workflow control
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Working Foreman and Diesel Technician/Mechanic Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic Proven commercial vehicle experience Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Solid leadership and decision-making ability Ability to work independently and under pressure
