Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets. Maximise income streams through effective promotion of add-ons, GP, and other revenue channels. Ensure consistent implementation of merchandising and marketing standards. Attract and retain a strong and loyal customer base. Inventory Management Oversee inventory controls and ensure effective stock management. Monitor store performance in line with stock availability and customer demand. Customer Service Ensure exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Review and act on Mystery Shopper reports and customer feedback. Resolve product and service-related complaints quickly and effectively. Lead by example in reinforcing a customer-first culture among staff. People Management Train, develop and motivate staff to reach full potential. Plan for succession and promote internal growth. Manage performance consistently and fairly. Foster a positive, engaging and productive working environment. Administration & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to company policies, systems, and procedures. Oversee daily administrative duties, including cash-ups, safe checks, alarm checks and maintenance of admin files.
