Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional hair services including Brazilian treatments, highlights, cuts, colouring, and blow-drying.

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on style, colour, and hair care.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation in compliance with salon standards.

• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, products, and techniques.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold the salons reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a professional Hair Stylist.

• Proven ability to manage Caucasian hair textures and styles.

• Skilled in Brazilian treatments, highlights, colouring, trimming, and haircuts.

• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be well-presented, punctual, and reliable.

• A valid hairdressing qualification or certificate will be an advantage.
