Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- 1-3 years’ of work experience.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence on all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from initiation to completion.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Target driven and competitive
- Must be able to use their own initiative when it comes to developing new business by thinking out of the box.
- Must have their own valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and actions plans.
- Driving and achieving annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
- Achieve/exceed monthly annual targets as set out in the monthly/annual budgets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
