Job Description
- Grade 12 (Matric) required.
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business advantageous.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in the courier, logistics, or supply chain industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of courier industry trends (express, e-commerce, last-mile delivery, international freight).
- Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with ability to work under pressure in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hunter” mentality.
- Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
- High energy, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
