About the Role

Medical Resources Group is recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly established and respected medical billing and healthcare administration organisation with a strong national footprint and longstanding specialist relationships built over many years of operational excellence. The organisation seeks an accomplished commercial leader to help shape the future of an established business while preserving stability, service excellence, and trusted reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear commercial growth strategy aligned to long-term business objectives
  • Drive national client acquisition initiatives within the healthcare and specialist practice environment
  • Identify new service opportunities, revenue streams, and strategic market opportunities
  • Lead commercial negotiations and assist in securing high-value client relationships
  • Develop scalable growth initiatives that support long-term expansion
  • Build and strengthen relationships with specialist medical practices, practice managers and healthcare stakeholders, hospital groups and strategic industry partners
  • Represent the organisation professionally within the healthcare sector
  • Enhance strategic positioning and market credibility

Requirements

  • 8–15 years’ experience in commercial leadership
  • Business development
  • Strategic growth roles
  • Healthcare, medical administration, or B2B services (advantageous)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in: Business / Commerce Finance / Accounting Healthcare Management Marketing or related fields
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous
