Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear commercial growth strategy aligned to long-term business objectives
- Drive national client acquisition initiatives within the healthcare and specialist practice environment
- Identify new service opportunities, revenue streams, and strategic market opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations and assist in securing high-value client relationships
- Develop scalable growth initiatives that support long-term expansion
- Build and strengthen relationships with specialist medical practices, practice managers and healthcare stakeholders, hospital groups and strategic industry partners
- Represent the organisation professionally within the healthcare sector
- Enhance strategic positioning and market credibility
Requirements
- 8–15 years’ experience in commercial leadership
- Business development
- Strategic growth roles
- Healthcare, medical administration, or B2B services (advantageous)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in: Business / Commerce Finance / Accounting Healthcare Management Marketing or related fields
- MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous
