Strong technical knowledge across wealth management disciplines. Leadership and coaching capability. Lead Advisor / Wealth Partner Experience: 10 years Key Focus Lead strategic client relationships. Contribute to business growth and leadership. Develop advisor capability and succession planning. Influence firm strategy and client experience standards. Requirements Significant wealth management experience. Strong commercial acumen. Proven leadership track record. Established reputation within the industry.
