About the Role
As a Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst, you will provide independent assurance and consulting services to support the business units across our group of companies. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing business operations across the group of companies
- Identifying control gaps and recommending improved controls
- Supporting business units in implementing required controls
- Tracking and reporting on control-implementation progress
- Assisting in development of internal audit programs
- Designing, implementing, and completing control self-assessments
- Leading control-improvement initiatives
- Supporting digitisation and automation of key internal controls
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years experience in Internal Auditing or control development/testing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement abilities
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Control improvement experience essential
- Valid drivers licence, passport & willingness to travel

Matric
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Internal Audit, Engineering or related field
