About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, customer-driven Dealership Parts Sales Executive to join a well-established franchise dealership team in Hatfield, Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for driving parts sales by assisting both walk-in retail clients and workshop technicians, ensuring they receive the correct components efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to retail customers, wholesale clients, and workshop technicians, identifying their specific needs and processing orders accurately.
  • Use electronic parts catalogues (EPC) to correctly identify, interpret, and locate required vehicle components.
  • Open, process, and close parts invoices, quotes, and delivery notes, ensuring precise inventory and cash handling controls.
  • Assist with regular stock takes, ordering fast-moving items, and tracking back-ordered parts to minimize customer downtime.
  • Provide exceptional, professional service to retain existing client accounts and actively pursue new wholesale/workshop opportunities in the Pretoria area.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience as a Parts Sales Executive / Parts Counter Sales Consultant within a franchised motor dealership environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proven ability to read and interpret complex Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC).
  • Systems Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and experience using dealership management software (e.g., Automate, Pinnacle, Kerridge, or similar).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driver’s License: A valid, unendorsed South African drivers license is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: R13,000 – R15,000 per month (negotiable depending on years of experience) + Lucrative Commission Structure
