About the Role
Lavie Couriers is seeking a Sales Lady to join our team, responsible for proactively identifying and securing new business clients to increase our shipping volume. As the “hunter” in business development, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively searching for businesses that require courier services through networking, cold calling, and researching potential clients.
- Building a Sales Pipeline: Identifying decision-makers within target organizations and building relationships to secure new contracts.
- Presenting Solutions: Creating customized proposals and presentations that address a client’s specific shipping, logistics, and supply chain needs.
- Closing Deals: Negotiating contract terms, rates, and service agreements to secure new business and increase revenue.
- Market Research: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Account Onboarding: Collaborating with operations teams to ensure a smooth transition and implementation of new client accounts.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

- Experience: Generally no experience is required as potential candidates will be trained. However, experience in B2B sales is highly recommended.
