About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Rustenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site, managing client relationships, and maintaining high levels of quality and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Security advice to clients
- Quality Assurance Audit
- Threat and Risk assessments
- Experienced client liaison and professional client relationship
- Project Management
- Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints
- Ensuring that the contractual requirements are met all the time
- Maintaining the ISO 9001 quality system
- Ensuring that all companies/Clients SOPs are followed
- Incident and Investigation Management
- Ensure compliance to the company’s disciplinary code
- Incident and Investigation management
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of good security practices, covering the physical and logical aspects of information products, systems integrity confidentiality
- Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the relevant site to ensure profitability
- Effective organization, supervision and staff management
- Client retention and maintaining customer service levels
- Training and development
- Audits and assessments
- Maintenance and safeguarding of company and client assets
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- PSIRA certification
- Relevant experience in a managerial or similar position for at least 5 years
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management, business impact analysis and counter measures
- Knowledge of tools and systems which provide access security control
- Confidence in dealing with public
- Experience in Estate Management
- Bilingual (English and any other South African language)
- First aid and firefighting will be advantageous
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Computer literate and knowledge of MS office
