Job Description

Hire Resolve’s client is a leading food production company in the Western Cape, seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee their daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Managing store in the absence of the Manager or alternating shifts with the Manager
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
Establish or identify prices, goods, services admission, or optical price scanners
Deal with customers’ complaints and provide information on policies and procedures
Liaise with internal as well as external clients
Establish or identify prices of goods, services, admission, or optical price scanners
Cashier duties from time to time as well as daily Client service duties
Stacking of fish products, stock control of fresh, frozen, and smoked products
Deal with incoming stock and do filleting on fresh products

Requirements:

Grade 12
Good process and product knowledge
Ability to function independently and work under pressure
Must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Be Proactive and customer service-oriented
Have to be compliant with a Pre-Placement Analysis
Self-motivated
Willing to work overtime
Should be able to work in a team
