About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head Guide to lead all guiding and safari operations at our prestigious Luxury Safari Lodge within Kruger National Park. As a senior Guide, you will act as the authority on all safari activities, ensuring the highest standards of guest safety, guiding excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all guiding and safari operations
- Ensure highest standards of guest safety and regulatory compliance
- Provide exceptional guiding services to high-end international guests
- Train and mentor a professional guiding team
- Conduct walking safaris in Big 5 territory
- Manage daily safari operations with a hands-on approach
Requirements
- FGASA Level 2 or 3 Guide qualification with Full Trails (essential)
- Valid Trails Guide qualification for Kruger National Park
- Advanced Rifle Handling (ARH) and firearm competency
- First Aid Level 2 (minimum)
