About the Role

The Lowveld Workshop Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our workshop operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workshop Administrator, supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of our plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain basic knowledge of workshop tools and their applications.
• Capture and update tool information in the Kerridge system.
• Conduct regular tool stock takes and generate reports.
• Manage bookings for plant and equipment, including booking in and out processes.
• Schedule and monitor maintenance and service requirements for plant and equipment.
• Maintain accurate plant and asset registers.
• Track and monitor equipment certification status (calibrations, load tests, validations).
• Prepare weekly data reports for management.
• Compile diesel reconciliation and consumption reports.
• Provide clear, accurate records to support operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: Matric (Grade 12)
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
