About the Role
Zeebra Junction Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team in a vibrant hospitality environment. This is a live-in position with excellent benefits, including accommodation, meals, uniforms, and laundry service.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your designated kitchen station
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
- Support stock control, food safety, and kitchen sanitation
Requirements
- Experienced in a Chef de Partie or similar line cook role
- Competent with culinary techniques, quality control, and kitchen organisation
- Committed to teamwork, cleanliness, and excellence
- Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Qualifications
Culinary training or equivalent experience preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive Market related Salary. Live-in accommodation fully provided. Meals supplied during work shifts. Chef uniforms provided and laundered. Laundry service included.
