About the Role
Tristar Debt (Pty) Ltd is seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Debt Management Sales Advisors. As a key member of our growing organisation, you will play a crucial role in helping consumers regain financial stability while building a successful career within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist consumers experiencing financial difficulties.
- Explain the debt management process and its benefits.
- Assess clients’ financial situations and determine eligibility for debt management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant debt management regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Previous experience in debt management, sales, Telesales, Call Centre, or Financial services will be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities are also required. Self-motivated and target-driven individuals who can work independently and as part of a team will excel in this role.
