About the Role
Our client in the IT, Engineering & Telecoms Industry is seeking a Field IT Technician to join their team. As a Technical Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites throughout South Africa
- Provide technical support and assistance via phone and laptop
- Maintain own vehicle and ensure it is in good working condition
- Be on standby on weekends and holidays to respond to urgent issues
