Luxury safari lodge in Limpopo is looking for a strong FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER. This role calls for a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to lead the full food and beverage operation within a high-end lodge environment. With a strong focus on guest experience, financial performance, and team leadership, the successful candidate will ensure that all F&B operations run efficiently, consistently, and in line with company standards. This position blends hands-on leadership with strong administrative and financial oversight, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Matric (further qualification in hospitality or related field advantageous) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and guest service abilities Proven experience in stock control, budgeting, and financial management Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Valid RSA ID and driver’s license Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) Knowledge of hospitality systems such as Opera or Symphony advantageous Candidate Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations Lead, recruit, train, and develop the F&B team Ensure service delivery meets high guest experience standards Monitor financial performance, budgets, and stock control systems Establish and manage operational procedures, KPIs, and schedules Handle guest feedback and respond proactively to concerns Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Report on sales, productivity, and operational performance Assist in overall lodge operations and stand in for senior management when required This is a Live-in position Provident fund and medical aid are included in the package Accommodation and meals are provided when on duty
