Live-In Position | Full-Time Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic Lodge Anchor with a strong F&B background to join a renowned 5-star luxury lodge in the prestigious Sabi Sands Game Reserve. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, high-end environment and has a passion for elevated dining experiences and seamless lodge operations. ? Key Responsibilities: Support the Lodge and Camp Managers in delivering exceptional food and beverage service across all dining touchpoints Be the guest-facing anchor for all meal services, ensuring high standards and personalised attention Collaborate closely with the culinary and service teams to coordinate and elevate F&B delivery Handle guest feedback related to dining experiences and resolve issues with professionalism and care Uphold presentation, hygiene, and service protocols in all F&B areas Assist with training, mentoring, and motivating front-of-house and service teams Maintain communication between departments to ensure a smooth and memorable guest journey Step in for HODs (particularly in F&B service) during leave rotations or busy periods Requirements: 2+ years experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge or boutique hotel, with strong F&B exposure Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine pairing and dietary management Confident and charming host, with a passion for guest interaction and personalised service Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach Comfortable living and working in a remote Big 5 environment ?
