About the Role

The Logistics, Office & HR Administrator role is a critical position in our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting the management team in their efforts to drive business success. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep precise records for labor, production, quality, and traceability
  • Create sales, production, and royalties reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Schedule and coordinate all air and land freight
  • Handle delivery notes, invoicing, and sales reconciliations using the Fresh Portal stock and sales system
  • Inform management of operational developments and difficulties
  • Assist in ensuring that all personnel-related paperwork and administration are handled efficiently
  • Support the implementation, upkeep, and ongoing improvement of Global G.A.P. and SIZA systems and procedures
  • Ensure that pack sheds and farms comply with safety, audit requirements, and Global G.A.P. and SIZA standards
  • Utilize digital systems with confidence and technical proficiency
  • Leverage the online management system for the farm

Requirements

  • Technical skills in record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management
  • Experience with Fresh Portal stock and sales system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
