About the Role

Lead our wide-format printing facility to new heights! If you have 10+ years in print/production, expertise in roll-to-roll, flatbed & automated cutting, and a talent for optimizing workflows and leading teams, this is your next career move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Mastery: Oversee end-to-end production (roll-to-roll, rigid substrates, and finishing) to ensure optimal scheduling and lightning-fast turnaround times.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies, automation, and workflow enhancements to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
  • Quality & Precision: Maintain rigorous QA standards, ensuring color accuracy and finishing precision meet the exacting needs of our top-tier clients.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage departmental budgets, optimize gross margins, and lead local/international procurement of substrates and consumables.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability and excellence, managing and upskilling a diverse team of production managers and machine operators.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the technical bridge between Sales, Client Services, and Production to deliver complex, high-value projects.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Print/Production Management, with at least 5 years at a Senior/Strategic level.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of wide-format processes (UV, Solvent, Latex), rigid substrate handling (DIBOND, Acrylic, PVC), and CNC/Digital cutting (Znd, Kongsberg, etc.).
  • Financial Literacy: Proven ability to manage a departmental P&L, optimize gross margins, and handle international procurement/logistics.
  • Software Proficiency: High-level experience with Print MIS/ERP systems and RIP software (e.g., Onyx, Caldera).
