About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilitations Manager to join our team at a variety of camps in Bela-Bela, Limpopo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our camps, while also providing exceptional support to our staff and campers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the camps, ensuring safety and a functional environment for campers and staff
- Scheduling maintenance tasks
- Managing budgets
- Overseeing staff

- Demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills
Requirements
- 3-4 years’ experience in camp facilitation, outdoor education, sports programs, or youth development
