About the Role
We are seeking an inspired and dynamic Restaurant Head Chef to assist a beachfront restaurant in the Seychelles in recruiting a highly creative and effective leader. The ideal candidate will be able to balance innovation and operational excellence, while maintaining consistently high standards and introducing fresh energy to the food offering.

Requirements
- 4 years of Senior Chef experience in a high-end restaurant
- Culinary Diploma or Degree from a reputable chefs academy
- Expertise in seafood forward menus & locally inspired fusion flavour profiles
- Proven ability to manage daily kitchen operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, supplier management, stock control, and waste reduction
Qualifications
