Skin / Beauty Therapist | Luxury Wellness Spa | Saudi Arabia ? Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and passionate Skin / Beauty Therapist for a luxury wellness spa based in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced therapist with a strong background in skincare, beauty treatments and client care. The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional treatments and personalised wellness experiences while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence. ? Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, deep cleansing treatments, exfoliation, peels and advanced skincare therapies Conduct professional skin analyses and provide tailored treatment plans and product recommendations Operate facial electrical equipment including RF, Microdermabrasion and Cavitation technologies Perform body treatments, slimming treatments and massage therapies Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommended homecare routines Maintain accurate client consultation records and treatment histories Ensure all treatments are delivered to the highest professional standards Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised treatment environment Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and guest satisfaction Meet individual and team retail and service targets Assist with front desk duties and retail merchandising when required Requirements Recognised Beauty or Skin Therapy qualification CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC or equivalent qualification preferred Diploma in Somatology Minimum 12 years’ experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients and treatment protocols Experience with advanced facial technologies and electrical treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong retail and product recommendation skills Professional appearance and exceptional client service standards Ability to work effectively within a luxury spa environment Ideal Candidate Passionate about skincare, beauty and wellness Guest-focused with a warm and professional approach Results-driven with strong sales and retail abilities Committed to ongoing learning and professional development Able to build long-term client relationships through exceptional service Please note that due to the high volume of applications received, only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
