An exclusive Luxury 5-Star Property in Swellendam, Western Cape is seeking an experienced and professional Senior Management Couple to join its leadership team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for contributing to the success and reputation of a luxury hospitality operation. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and lifestyle balance through a structured work cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage departments independently with strong operational and administrative capabilities
• Provide exceptional hosting skills and guest engagement
• Lead teams effectively and make sound decisions
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior Management roles within 5-Star Hospitality properties
• Strong leadership, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Outgoing, professional personalities with excellent guest interaction and hosting skills
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Fluent English communication

Qualifications

• FGASA Level 1 Marine Guide (or completion within 6 months) for Candidate 1
• Valid PDP and First Aid Level 1 for Candidate 1
• Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills for Candidate 1
• PAN, MS Office skills for Candidate 2
• Basic HR knowledge; driver’s licence advantageous for Candidate 2
