About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven HR Administrator to join our luxury property group based in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. As an integral part of our team, you will support People Development in a Luxury Hospitality Environment, ensuring exceptional administrative standards and compliance with company policies and South African labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing HR administration, employee records, contracts, and leave processes
- Supporting disciplinary, grievance, counselling, and performance management procedures
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
- Coordinating training initiatives, onboarding programmes, and development plans
- Maintaining training records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Supporting succession planning and employee development strategies
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and HR regulations
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR and training administration processes
- Understanding of South African labour legislation
- Experience in training or facilitation (advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure with professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills with a people-focused approach
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset
