About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Umhlanga Rocks, a five-star boutique hotel with 23 years of operational excellence. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless front office operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all front office operations
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Implement and uphold front office policies, procedures, and service standards
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a busy hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining service excellence
