Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Victoria West, responsible for ensuring the proper merchandising and display of products in stores according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper merchandising and display of products in stores according to company standards
- Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves to avoid out-of-stock situations
- Implement promotions, pricing, and point-of-sale materials effectively
- Conduct regular store visits as per assigned routes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays
- Build strong relationships with store personnel
- Report on stock levels, competitor activity, and market feedback
Requirements
- Physically fit (standing, lifting, and arranging products)
- Minimum 12 years experience in merchandising or retail (FMCG experience is an advantage)
- Experience driving a scooter, holder of valid drivers license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
